Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily financial records, including cash handling, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
* Support the month-end closing process by reconciling accounts and verifying transaction accuracy against source documents.
* Help generate routine financial reports and assist in budget monitoring to ensure compliance with company policies.
* Collaborate with the management team to analyze food and beverage cost variances and identify areas for potential cost optimization.
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all accounting documentation and receipts.
* Participate in inventory audits and assist in the valuation of stock levels to support accurate financial statements.

Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience or internship exposure in an accounting capacity.
* Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning industry-specific financial practices.
