Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Lee County Jail in Georgia. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants to use their clinical skills in a setting where every shift brings the chance to make a meaningful difference.
As an LPN, you will provide compassionate, patient-focused care while working alongside a dedicated correctional healthcare team.
What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions
- Respond to urgent and routine medical needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow established policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
- 1 to 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
- Commitment to providing quality, compassionate patient care
