Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Haralson County Jail in Georgia.

✨ What Youll Do
As an LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to patients in a secure correctional healthcare environment. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing nursing care and treatment to patients
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Completing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
- Responding to patient healthcare needs and sick calls
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Following established nursing standards, policies, and procedures
- Supporting a safe, secure, and respectful healthcare environment
Qualifications
🩺 What Were Looking For
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a secure environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
