Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000
Key Responsibilities
- Review supplier invoices against POs, prepare timely payments with reconciliation statements, and issue client/related-party invoices with required supporting documents.
- Record site reimbursements, manage prepayments/accruals, and analyze project cost reports.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, support tax compliance with consultants, and assist in FS preparation and audit requirements.
- Conduct bi-monthly inventory counts and maintain assigned physical/digital financial records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project accounting. Experience in construction, EPC, or engineering industries is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or ACCPAC) and MS Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
