The Role
Based in Dubai, this is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our EA
team and provide support to the Chief Investment Officer & Partner.
The Job Description
Managing executive’s diary efficiently, considering various time zones and
conflicting priorities.
Coordinating all aspects of executive’s travel logistics, including flights,
accommodation, visas, and preparing detailed travel itineraries, ensuring a
seamless travel experience.
Handling expense claims and currency transactions.
Drafting various documents such as letters, presentations, and research packs.
Liaising and managing relationships with partners, key stakeholders and board
members with the highest level of professionalism.
Providing personal assistant support to executive and his family. Including but not
limited to, household management, family arrangements, personal appointments,
events, private travel and special projects.
Tracking executive whereabouts/working days for tax and compliance purposes.
Providing personal support to the Executive team when required including
providing cover for other EAs during their absence.
Organising and maintaining confidential files and records with discretion.
Attending meetings and documenting minutes.

Language Requirement
Native (or equivalent) English speaker (no other language is required).
Experience Requirement
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting those at Senior Management, with
extensive local knowledge and experience of working and living in the UAE.
