About this role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support to customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA(Long Term Service Agreement)
- Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, investigations, and troubleshooting activities
- Contribute through Root Cause Analysis, technical reporting, and continuous improvement
- Support product development activities and cooperate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers
- Provide Technical Customer Support and perform Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting
- Reporting and Documentation
- Product Improvement and Knowledge Development
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational background
- Strong experience and knowledge of 2-stroke marine engines and their operation
- Experience in field service activities or knowledge of WinGD products so as customer support processes are considered an advantage
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, performance analysis, and remote investigations
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and systematic problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented approach with commitment to delivering high-quality technical support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital reporting tools
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Passion for learning, new technologies, and continuous professional development
