Ideal Manager Profile
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of combined experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A ), general accounting , corporate finance or related role s, mainly from a service industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting (Master’s or CPA/CFA/CMA/CIA required)
- Experience in a BPO or manpower service-related industries an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP Systems (Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and financial modeling tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Financial Modeling, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Forecasting Models, Scenario Analysis)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling a team and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible in handling shifting schedules
- Willing to work fully onsite Alabang (Day Shift)

Your Impact Starts Here
- Oversee general accounting operations , including AP, AR, general ledger, taxes, and financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis , providing insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate financial and management reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage financial audits, controls, and compliance , ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Develop and improve financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team , including workload management and performance development.
- Partner with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to support business planning, investment decisions, and overall company strategy.
