Senior Executive - Events and Experiential Marketing

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a Sr. Executive to join our Events & Experiential Marketing team, owning projects end-to-end — from concept and client pitch through production, execution, and closure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives managing multiple moving parts (teams, vendors, budgets, timelines) in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 5–7 years in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, launch events, or medium-to-large scale live productions

• Proven track record owning projects end-to-end, not just executing a brief

• Strong client-facing skills, including senior stakeholder management

• Experience running multiple concurrent projects across teams, agencies, and vendors

• Working knowledge of production, budgeting, timelines, contracts, and procurement

What You’ll Do

• Lead concept development and pitching for events, activations, and experiential campaigns

• Own project execution end-to-end — planning, budgeting, vendor/agency coordination, on-ground production, post-event closure and reporting

• Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships through the project lifecycle

• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and operations teams

• Manage vendor and agency relationships, including contracting and negotiation

• Track budgets and timelines, flagging and resolving issues proactively
