Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
- 3-5 years of software quality assurance experience.
- Experience testing SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Experience working within Agile teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with API testing.
- Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Experience testing integrations and workflows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.

Your Impact Starts Here
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, system, API, and regression testing.
- Investigate and document defects from identification through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to improve product quality.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and test framework development.
- Support UAT activities and release validation.
- Recommend improvements to QA processes and standards.
- Provide guidance to junior QA team members.
