Property Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Property Acquisition Executive to identify distressed and below-market-value properties across Dubai real estate platforms, negotiate competitive acquisition offers, maintain accurate records, and build strong broker relationships from our Lahore office.

## Key Responsibilities
• Source distressed and below-market-value properties from Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other sources. • Analyze listings and conduct comparative market analysis. • Negotiate with owners, agents, and brokers to secure favorable deals. • Build and maintain relationships with Dubai brokers. • Broadcast company inventory daily to brokers and investors. • Maintain Excel sheets for inventory, offers, negotiations, and follow-ups. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Monitor new listings and coordinate acquisitions through closing. • Maintain organized databases of properties, brokers, and investors. • Stay updated on Dubai market trends and achieve acquisition KPIs.

## Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, property acquisitions, brokerage, or sales is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply. • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven. • Excellent English communication skills.

## Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of ROI, rental yield, cap rate, and price per sq. ft. • Experience sourcing distressed or off-market properties. • Strong relationship management and reporting skills.
