About this role
A Delivery Driver is a professional responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of goods driving daily across many different areas of the country.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate trucks.
- Follow instructions in locating destinations.
- Pre-inspect trucks.
- Pick up goods, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
- Load and unload goods.
- Ability to properly account for daily sales.
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
- Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
Requirements
- Open General Driver's License with at least three years driving experience at similar level.
- Must be 25 years old or over.
- Must have no outstanding tickets.
- Three years Food Sales Experience (ideal).
- Minimum High School education.
Must be from the areas of Clarendon and St. Catherine
