Responsibilities:

- Manage billing processes for real estate residential projects

- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing

- Collaborate with project teams to track project costs and expenses

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- Proven experience in billing and financial management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in MS excel, MS project, AutoCAD
