AGM- Services (PHE & FF Design)

Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) for MEP Services specializing in Plumbing and Fire Fighting (PHE & FF) systems for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP services for residential developments, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of PHE & FF systems.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of PHE & FF systems in residential projects

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements

- Manage budgeting and cost control for MEP services

- Supervise a team of technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of PHE & FF systems

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deficiencies

Work Experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

- Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in MEP services, with a focus on PHE & FF systems

- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to residential projects

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
