AGM / Manager – High-End Interior Projects Execution
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of high-end interior projects, including clubhouses, sales offices, sample/show flats, entrance lobbies, and other premium amenity spaces .
Work Experience
- Strong experience in luxury residential interiors, hospitality, clubhouses, sales galleries, show flats, and premium common areas in corporate companies/developers
- ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously .
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of interior execution, MEP coordination, materials, finishes, quality control, and project planning.
- Stakeholders management
- Good knowledge of ID drawings and details
