Responsibilities
- Lead flight operations, ensuring safety and professionalism are upheld on each assignment.
- Mentor and guide First Officers, fostering a supportive and developmental environment.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide exceptional client service, adapting to travel needs and delivering premium experiences.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain aircraft readiness and resolve technical issues.
- Complete detailed documentation and regulatory compliance tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
- Hold an ATP Certificate and a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Have a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command and 500 hours of Multi-Engine PIC time.
- Have 250 hours of PIC time specific to the aircraft type, along with recent training.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of federal regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
- Possess a valid drivers license and passport and successfully pass background and drug screening.
- Demonstrate alignment with company values focused on safety and professional excellence.
