Southern Health Partners is looking for a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Jackson County Jail in Georgia .

🩺 What You'll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, youll provide essential healthcare services to patients while helping maintain continuity of care throughout the facility.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting

- Administering medications and treatments as ordered

- Completing patient assessments and monitoring changes in condition

- Responding to urgent and emergent healthcare needs

- Communicating patient needs and changes in condition to medical providers and the healthcare team

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Following established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures

- Supporting continuity of care and appropriate follow-up

- Providing professional, compassionate care in a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

🎯 What Youll Bring

- Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license

- Strong clinical and assessment skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Dependability and sound clinical judgment

- A commitment to providing respectful, compassionate patient care

- Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required
