Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Type: Temporary Assignment
Pay: $85.00 an hour.
About the Opportunity
Rx relief is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Retail Pharmacist to support an established, family-owned independent pharmacy near Battle Mountain, NV.
This position is ideal for a proactive pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play an active role in daily operations. We are looking for someone who takes initiative beyond routine prescription verifications and actively contributes to running a smooth, efficient pharmacy.
Lodging is fully provided for traveling candidates!
Key Responsibilities
Perform core retail pharmacist duties, including prescription verification, patient consultation, and inventory support.
Actively assist in daily operational flow, workflow management, and problem-solving alongside the pharmacy team.
Provide exceptional, patient-focused care to the local community.
Travel between coverage locations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
Licensure: Active Pharmacist license in Nevada (open to non-NV residents, including candidates based in Utah or surrounding areas holding a valid NV license).
Travel Flexibility: Comfortable commuting to rural coverage sites located 3+ hours from major metropolitan areas in Nevada.
Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and willing to jump into all aspects of daily pharmacy operations beyond basic verification.
