Thai speaking Product Owner (m,f)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work model: hybrid (4 days office, 1 day Work-From-Home)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and development priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve client acquisition, retention, and trading experience
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications
- Conduct competitor, market, and industry analysis within Forex, CFD, and FinTech sectors
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development, design, QA, and third-party technology teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and product reviews
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful product delivery
- Drive improvements across client-facing and operational platforms
- Enhance Client Portal, CRM, and Trader Area functionality
- Optimise payment, withdrawal, KYC, and onboarding processes
- Support development of IB and Affiliate portals
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered features and automation initiatives
- Coordinate with external technology providers and platform vendors
- Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyse customer feedback, user behaviour, and operational data
- Recommend product enhancements based on data-driven insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
- Experience within Forex, CFD, Brokerage, FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industries
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations and customer lifecycle management
- Experience gathering business requirements and managing product roadmaps
- Familiarity with CRM systems, KYC processes, and onboarding workflows
- Knowledge of deposit and withdrawal processes within financial services environments
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms
- Experience with Affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation tools, and process optimisation initiatives
- Experience managing customer-facing portals and mobile applications.
