Key Responsibilities
The Contact Manager acts as the primary interface between WinGD and customers for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs). The role ensures smooth communication, coordination, and execution of service commitments, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for LTSA customers, ensuring timely updates on service execution, spare parts delivery, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of maintenance services, including tools, spare parts, and workshop logistics. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and adapt to changes in scope or timing.
- Support LTSA lifecycle from proposal preparation and negotiation to execution and renewal. Ensure technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, Field Service, Spare Parts, and Technical Experts to resolve issues promptly and deliver seamless service.
- Track service KPIs, manage invoicing input, and provide regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and upsell additional solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Candidates with extensive relevant experience in marine service operations, customer support, or LTSA management will also be considered.
- 7–10 years of experience in the merchant marine industry across service operations, business development, and customer support
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven experience in 2-stroke engine service models, LTSA management, customer engagement, and global cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Working experience with SAP S/4HANA, CRM tools (e.g., ShareCRM), and Microsoft Office. Experience with MS Project is considered an advantage.
- Self-driven, hands-on, and structured, with a proactive mindset and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Team-oriented and aligned with WinGD’s values of innovation, customer focus, and sustainable progress.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Mandarin is desirable but not mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
