Job Purpose
The job purpose of a Human Resource (HR) professional is to manage strategically, develop, and support the workforce. They ensure the unit has a skilled, motivated, and compliant personnel structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Finding and attracting qualified job candidates.
- Screening applications and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding and integrating new hires into the company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Setting fair pay rates and salary structures.
- Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Processing payroll and approving bonuses or raises.
Training and Development
- Providing continuous learning and skill-building programs.
- Offering professional growth and career path guidance.
- Training managers on leadership and communication.
Performance Management
- Setting clear job goals and expectations.
- Monitoring work progress and providing regular feedback.
- Conducting formal performance reviews and evaluations.
Employee and Labor Relations
- Resolving workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies
### Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Public Administration, Management or a related field.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years as a HR managing benefits, training, and reviews.
- Human resources work experience includes tasks like hiring staff, running payroll, managing employee relations, and handling benefits,
- training, compensation, legal compliance and Focusing on strategy and labor laws

- Business Acumen: Understanding how the overall company makes money, reading operational pressures, and aligning people strategies directly with business goals.
- Data Literacy: Using people analytics, metrics, and data-driven insights to guide workforce decisions and measure the real impact of HR programs.
