We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Roadway Design team in St. Louis, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer with roadway design experience who is looking to leverage their technical expertise in roadway design, grow professionally, and contribute to meaningful transportation projects as part of a 100% employee-owned company.

In This Position, You Will:

- Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and transportation improvement projects.

- Perform engineering analyses and prepare design calculations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Develop roadway design plans using Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer.

- Apply roadway design standards, criteria, and engineering best practices.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.

- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

- Support project managers in the preparation of project documentation, technical reports, and deliverables.

- Continue developing your technical and professional skills through mentorship, project experience, and ongoing learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.2-4 years of experience in roadway and/or highway design.

- Engineer Intern (EI) certification preferred.

- Candidates actively pursuing PE licensure are encouraged to apply.

- Experience with Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer.

- Familiarity with roadway design plans, specifications, and construction documents.

- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.Commitment to quality, client service, and continuous learning.
