Job Title: Drafter Job Description
We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and detailing structural drawings, supporting fabrication processes, and working closely with the shop team to ensure accuracy and precision.
Responsibilities
- Draft and detail structural drawings with precision.
- Support fabrication and shop processes to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy of designs.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of structural steel detailing and design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in structural steel and/or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Open to training on detailing and steel joist specifications.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fernley, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
