### Pay
1st Shift: $19.00/hour 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour
### Schedule
Full-time opportunities available 1st and 3rd shift openings. Specific Hours: 6am - 6:30pm, or 6pm - 6:30am, 2-2-3 schedule (will alternate between 3 or 4 day work weeks = 36 and 48 hour weeks)
## What You'll Do
As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, you will play an important role in the production process by ensuring materials are prepared, equipment runs efficiently, and production records are completed accurately. Responsibilities include:
- Feed raw materials into manufacturing equipment
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance when needed
- Label, stage, and move raw materials and finished products
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team production goals and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience (may consider other experience from a fast paced, on your feet work environment)
- Experience operating equipment, machinery, production lines, or material handling equipment preferred
- Stable work history with demonstrated reliability

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
