The Expert Planning & Scheduling acts as a central PMO function within projects, responsible for the development of integrated schedules, schedule control and reporting throughout the life cycle of projects. The role ensures transparency and efficiency in project execution and serves as a key interface between project teams, clients and internal stakeholders.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded project schedules and monitor overall project progress
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and milestones
- Update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines and resources
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and propose mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and schedule performance metrics
- Assist in the development of project control processes and procedures to improve scheduling practices and project delivery
- Provide training and support to project team members on Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices

## Show your expertise

- Proven experience in planning and scheduling, project controls or project management within complex EPC- or construction projects
- Strong expertise in scheduling (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- High level of ownership, reliability and accountability
- Fluency in German, English and French
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
