#### A warm, active family in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, professional ROTA Nanny to provide loving and engaging care for their 3.5-year-old son. The ideal candidate will be energetic, active, flexible, and passionate about supporting a childs development through play, education, and meaningful activities.
The family is looking for a long-term team member who values consistency, open communication, and has demonstrated longevity in previous positions.
Position Details
- #### Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off up to 3 weeks while traveling
- #### Languages: English and Spanish required
- #### Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel for up to 3 weeks
- #### Valid passport required
- #### Candidates: Local candidates preferred; open to fly-in/fly-out candidates
Responsibilities
- #### Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care
- #### Create and plan engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and physical activity
- #### Support the child's educational and developmental goals
- #### Prepare meals and snacks for the child
- #### Handle the child's laundry and keep his belongings and spaces organized
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- #### 5–10+ years of professional childcare experience
- #### A degree in Education or relevant certifications in Montessori, early childhood education, or child development is preferred.
- #### Experience caring for young children in a professional household setting
- #### Fluency in English and Spanish
- #### An active, energetic, and playful personality
- #### A positive, upbeat, and flexible approach
- #### The ability to receive and implement feedback graciously
- #### Understands the dynamic in a private household and discreet.
- #### Excellent organizational and communication skills
