Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, where your expertise will be pivotal in designing and developing new processes or enhancing existing ones. In this role, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and structured methodologies to drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new processes or improve existing processes.
- Solve problems and improve processes using fundamental understanding and structured problem-solving methods such as KT, Designed Experimentation, or Six Sigma.
- Implement Process Control and Process Discipline systems into manufacturing operations.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools like pareto, regression, time charting, analysis of variance, and gauge R&R.
- Measure and communicate performance against established objectives.
- Review and interpret data to make recommendations on immediate actions, long-term corrective actions, and follow-up experiments.
- Document processes and train operators and peers on defined processes.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of BS in mechanical engineering, chemical, materials, or ceramic.
- 4-7 years of work experience.
- Strong manufacturing process, manufacturing engineering, and process engineering skills.
- Problem-solving mentality with a focus on process improvement and continuous improvement.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with equipment installations or commissioning.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Capability to lead small process development or improvement projects.
- Innovation experience.
- Process excellence with a Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. see account manager for benefits package
