Job Title: Interior Designer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Interior Designer to join our team, focusing on K12 educational facilities. The role involves not only working with Revit software but also engaging in the creative design process, ensuring construction quality, and managing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interior spaces for K12 schools using Revit.
- Ensure design quality and adherence to project specifications throughout construction.
- Complete drawings in Revit for K12 educational projects.
- Manage client relationships and oversee projects from start to finish.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and architectural design.
- 5-15 years of experience in interior design, particularly in K12 or higher education settings.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with construction documentation and detailing drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in drafting and detailing.
- Background in space planning and interior architecture.
- Corporate interiors experience is a plus.
- Experience in education or workplace settings is preferred.
Work Environment
Join a collaborative team of three to four individuals per project focusing on school environments. Enjoy a business casual dress code with an 8-hour workday and core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Golden Valley, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
