Junior Estimator

Job Title: Junior Estimator Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Junior Estimator to join a Marine Construction company located in Westhampton Beach. This role involves estimating for a variety of projects, with 70% of these being public and the remainder private. Prior knowledge of construction or estimating is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with estimating tasks for both public and private marine construction projects.
- Support the project team with data entry and analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate project assessments.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, for estimation tasks and communication.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ year of professional experience in the workforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Interest in construction estimating.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong email etiquette.

The office is located in Westhampton Beach, providing a manageable commute from various locations on the island, with the benefit of opposite rush hour traffic. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. - Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
