Job Title: Software Developer Job Description
The Software Developer will primarily be responsible for writing and modifying code to resolve issues, creating code for new hardware, and improving overall performance for complex equipment in automated factory settings.
Responsibilities
- Write and modify code to address and resolve technical issues.
- Develop new code to support new hardware integrations.
- Enhance performance for complex equipment in automated settings.
- Collaborate with a small team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in C# and .Net frameworks.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and MariaDB databases.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience developing software for automated machinery, HMIs, or PLCs.
- Familiarity with Java and Visual Studio.
Work Environment
The position involves working remotely with a team of three. Some travel may be required, ranging from 20% to a maximum of 50% of the time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
