Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work for offsite manufacturing and construction projects.
- Manage procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring accurate and timely coordination across the supply chain.
- Coordinate material logistics and vendor communication to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and supplies to project sites.
- Track project financials, support adherence to budgets, and assist with estimating, cost tracking, and financial oversight.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools such as P6 or MS Project.
- Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing to align offsite manufacturing activities with field installation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and construction stakeholders, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Review and support approval of change orders, ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules.
- Apply a strong understanding of construction processes, including steel work, heavy equipment, MEP coordination, and general construction sequencing.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of commercial and data-center projects by maintaining clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to improve construction methods and offsite manufacturing processes, offering innovative ideas and solutions.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
- Two or more years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
- Proficiency with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Excel.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general construction sequencing.
- Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics.
- Familiarity with financial oversight on projects, including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.
- Experience working with mechanical subcontractors, particularly on HVAC systems, is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret shop drawings and support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination.
- Demonstrated accountability and strong communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and proactively share updates.
- Technical proficiency in construction principles, tools, and documentation.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to think in systems and dependencies and solve coordination challenges.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Focus on efficiency, valuing progress and clarity over perfectionism.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience supporting large commercial construction and data-center projects.
- Background working with major mechanical subcontractors in the Pacific Northwest or similar markets.
- Experience with project coordination across mechanical, electrical, and commercial construction disciplines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams in both office and field settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation, schedules, and financial tracking.
- Comfort with fast-growing teams and evolving processes, contributing ideas to refine and improve operations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
