Location: Downtown Seattle, WA Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday

Join a Growing Engineering & Construction Services Team

An established and growing engineering consulting organization is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project leaders and technical teams on a wide variety of commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and working closely with project managers in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience supporting construction, engineering, architecture, commissioning, facilities, or project-based teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Provide administrative support to project managers and department leadership
- Track project documentation, deliverables, and schedules
- Maintain project logs and assist with project coordination efforts
- Review and process expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and calendars for team leadership
- Assist with redlines, document revisions, and drafting support
- Support quality control reviews of reports and project documents
- Assemble reports, specifications, and project packages for clients
- Track and order equipment and project-related materials
- Manage data entry and ensure accurate record keeping across multiple projects
- Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and properly documented

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of project administration, project coordination, construction administration, or related experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, construction, architecture, or consulting teams preferred
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar document management software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
