You’ll be responsible for:
- Supports delivery of design objectives, meeting programme, budget and performance requirements.
- Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams.
- Monitors and reports design performance, KPIs and key project metrics.
- Contributes to regional strategy delivery, business development and work-winning activities.
- Ensures compliance with management systems, governance processes and project responsibilities.
- Coordinates team activities, supports development and champions sustainable outcomes, including net zero carbon objectives.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree-qualified in a design-related discipline; professional membership preferred.
- Knowledge of design management, risk mitigation and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication, analytical, BIM and digital skills.
- Committed to professional development, collaboration and safe, sustainable delivery.
