The Small Business Marketing team drives acquisition and customer engagement across Charge Cards, Proprietary Lending products, and co-brand partnerships, playing a critical role in accelerating U.S. SME growth.
Within this organization, the Small Business Demand Generation team is responsible for creating best-in-class, integrated prospect experiences that drive new Card Member acquisition.
The Senior Manager, Paid Media Creative Strategy will be responsible for leading and advancing the creative strategy for the Prospect and Customer Paid Media programs. This individual will bring together customer insights, creative strategy, channel expertise, performance data, and external trends to develop creative that engages small business owners, drives conversion, and advances growth across the SBS product portfolio.
- Bring Relevant Experience : 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, acquisition marketing, paid media, or a related discipline.
- Think Strategically & Creatively : Strong strategic and creative thinker with the ability to translate business and customer objectives into compelling marketing strategies and successful digital executions.
- Know the Digital Landscape : Strong understanding of digital media and creative ecosystems, including emerging trends, formats, platforms, capabilities, and measurement approaches.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
