Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Hartland, MI. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety in a friendly and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

- Provide medication reminders and support adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.

- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing.

- Monitor and report any changes in clients condition to supervisors or medical personnel.

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.

Requirements

- Previous experience in caregiving or home health care is an advantage.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a professional attitude.

- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation may be required.
