Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications as directed and document care provided.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients rights and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
- Reliable transportation to reach client homes in Ann Arbor, MI.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
