Direct Care Worker

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and documented.

- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed.

- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.

- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.

Requirements
