University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in White Lake, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Provide companionship and emotional support.

- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.

- Monitor clients health and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.

- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare providers.

- Maintain accurate records of care and communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements

- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.

- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.

- Ability to pass background checks.
