Warehouse Supervisor

NOV Production Midstream sells a broad range of essential technologies with a high cost of failure customers can rely on, including artificial lift technologies, production chokes, reciprocating and progressive cavity pumps, and pipeline products. As Warehouse Supervisor you will be an effective team leader responsible for directing the front-line employees in the warehouse. This position is directly responsible for the shipping/receiving and warehousing function for the Tulsa location PM warehouses.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 2 to 4 year(s) of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 -3 year(s) of experience in supervising and directing personnel; preferably in a shipping, receiving and/or warehouse
- ERP or MRP system experience preferably JDE and EBS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Must have strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to effectively use problem solving, planning, process improvement, and implementation skills to achieve a wide array of goals and directives.
- General knowledge of a customer driven high volume manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Data entry utilizing JD Edwards or similar ERP system.
