About this role
As Regional Marketing Manager for Automotive MOSFETs, you will drive sustainable business growth across assigned customers and distribution channels in Greater China. You will strengthen the existing business while identifying new applications, customers and market opportunities to expand the reach and value of our MOSFET portfolio. Combining strategic thinking, commercial judgment and product knowledge, you will turn market insights into focused priorities and practical action. Wo rking with regional stakeholders and global Product Line teams, you will build alignment, develop opportunities and translate growth ambitions into business results.
Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Market strategy and business growth Develop and execute regional MOSFET marketing plans, with clear priorities for applications, customer segments and distribution channels. Strengthen the existing business through proactive customer engagement, competitive product positioning and close coordination with regional teams. Identify new applications, customers and ecosystem opportunities; assess their commercial potential and develop focused plans to turn them into business growth. Translate MOSFET application requirements, competitor benchmarks and technology trends into regional product positioning and concrete input for new product proposals and portfolio development.
- Customer, channel and commercial development Build productive relationships with customers and distributors, understand their priorities and align joint activities to develop opportunities and expand market coverage. Drive design-win, revenue and profitability objectives with Sales and Field Application Engineering teams, advancing opportunities through customer evaluation, adoption and business expansion. Work with Pricing and Product Line teams on pricing proposals and commercial decisions, balancing customer value, competitive positioning, business potential and profitability. Lead MOSFET promotion and customer or distributor training, explaining product differentiation, application fit and the value of new technologies and packages.
- Cross-functional alignment and execution Connect regional business priorities with Product Line direction and cross-functional execution, building alignment across organizational levels and supporting timely decisions. Keep China management, relevant cross-functional teams and Product Lines aligned on market developments, business priorities, progress, risks and support needs. Coordinate customer and channel requirements, resolve business issues with the relevant teams and ensure clear ownership and follow-through on agreed actions. Monitor business performance, opportunity pipelines and demand trends; identify gaps early and drive coordinated actions to support both near-term objectives and longer-term growth.

- Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education and experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in automotive semiconductors or power electronics, including substantive experience with automotive low-voltage MOSFET products and applications.
- Experience in product or regional marketing, business development, technical sales or distributor product management.
- Candidates from field applications engineering with demonstrated commercial responsibility are also welcome.
- Market and commercial capabilities
- A track record of developing MOSFET customer opportunities and contributing to measurable business results, with an understanding of automotive customer decision-making and distribution channels.
- Strong strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to prioritize opportunities, evaluate business trade-offs and turn market insights into executable plans.
- Genuine enthusiasm for developing the business, with the initiative to explore new applications and customer opportunities and the discipline to pursue them through to results.
- MOSFET product and application expertise
- Strong working knowledge of automotive low-voltage MOSFET portfolios, technology generations and package options, with the ability to explain their application fit and commercial value.
- Practical experience in one or more MOSFET-based automotive applications, such as motor drives, DC/DC conversion, battery switching, e-fuse or power distribution.
- Ability to interpret key MOSFET parameters and application trade-offs, including voltage rating, RDS(on), gate charge, switching losses, safe operating area, robustness and thermal performance.
- Ability to evaluate competing MOSFET offerings across performance, packaging, reliability and cost, and translate the differences into clear product positioning and customer recommendations.
- Familiarity with automotive qualification requirements and customer evaluation processes, and the ability to engage effectively with FAE, Quality and Product Line teams.
- Language and communication Fluent Mandarin, with clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to independently conduct business and technical discussions, deliver professional presentations and collaborate with global Product Line and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, understand different perspectives and bring people together around practical solutions.
- Other requirements Strong ownership and sound judgment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and remain constructive when business conditions change or issues require urgent attention.
- Ability to learn new products, applications and business requirements quickly; actively seek relevant input, respond constructively to feedback and adapt plans as new information becomes available.
- Willingness to travel within Greater China and internationally as required.
