About this role

As part of Infineon's Automotive organization, you will own regional application marketing for ADAS

and Automated Driving in Greater China.

You will serve as a key link, connecting China management, relevant cross-functional stakeholders

and Product Lines with the China market, customers and ecosystem partners. You will identify market

shifts early, translate customer and competitive insight into clear product, roadmap and commercial

input, and drive timely alignment and response across relevant Product Lines.

You will translate Infineon's current and planned portfolio into compelling system- and ecosystem level value propositions, mobilize the required cross-functional support, and drive priority

opportunities from early architecture engagement through customer adoption and sustainable

business growth.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

1. ADAS and Automated Driving Application Marketing

- Own the regional application market strategy, go-to-market priorities and business growth for ADAS and Automated Driving across domain and central computing, perception systems and integrated perception-and-compute architectures.
- Continuously assess China market developments, customer strategies, system architecture evolution, ecosystem changes, competitive moves and relevant industry trends; identify material changes early and determine their implications for Infineon's portfolio and business priorities.
- Maintain a detailed view of relevant customer platforms and programs, including architecture, computing platform and SoC, sensor configuration, development roadmap, business potential and relevant semiconductor requirements.
- Consolidate customer requirements and market signals into prioritized regional input for product definition, portfolio planning, roadmap timing and commercial response; communicate implications and recommendations to China management, relevant stakeholders and Product
- Lines to support timely decisions and coordinated action.
- Build trusted working relationships with relevant Product Lines and establish a closed feedback loop from market input and internal alignment through customer execution; influence priorities and drive coordinated action across relevant teams.
- Collaborate with automotive SoC, algorithm and platform partners on ecosystem alignment, solution collaboration and customer application support.
- Develop clear system- and ecosystem-level value propositions for relevant Infineon solutions; equip Sales and technical teams with positioning, competitive arguments, customer presentations and solution material.
- Identify portfolio strengths, competitive gaps, emerging risks and support needs; align relevant stakeholders and Product Lines on required actions, and escalate critical issues with clear impact and recommendations.
- Build and manage the regional ADAS / AD business plan and opportunity pipeline; monitor priority opportunities and business performance, and take timely action to support growth objectives.
- Drive priority opportunities from architecture discussion and product selection through evaluation, customer adoption and business growth together with the cross-functional team.

2. Stakeholder Alignment and Cross-Functional Execution

- Connect China management, Product Lines and cross-functional teams; align regional priorities, resources and decisions, and maintain clear communication and follow-through.
- Prioritize customers, platforms and opportunities by business potential, timing and resource requirements; translate priorities into clear plans and actions.
- Build trust across teams and resolve issues affecting customer decisions, solution readiness and business progress; escalate critical risks with clear impact, recommendations and support needs

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are an automotive semiconductor marketing professional with hands-on ADAS / AD experience.

You turn market trends, customer needs and ecosystem insights into portfolio input, customer value  propositions and practical business growth plans.

Marketing and business judgment are central to this role. You do not need to be a design engineer, but you must have enough technical depth to challenge assumptions, understand system trade-offs and influence technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

1. Educational Background and Professional Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience in automotive semiconductor application or product marketing, product management, business development or technical sales.
- Solid understanding of the automotive semiconductor industry, including the value chain, product and application development cycles, competitive dynamics and customer engagement processes.
- Familiarity with Greater China automotive customers, platform planning, product evaluation and decision processes. Hands-on experience in ADAS / AD applications and automotive SoC ecosystems is strongly preferred.

2. Marketing and Business Competencies:

- Ability to independently build a market model, customer and platform map, application roadmap, competitive analysis, solution positioning and regional go-to-market plan for an automotive semiconductor business.
- Proven ability to synthesize customer input, market change and competitive intelligence into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, commercial input and management recommendations, and to follow decisions through execution.
- Ability to read system block diagrams and product specifications, compare competing semiconductor solutions, and translate technical and portfolio differentiation into a clear, persuasive customer storyline.
- Strong commercial judgment in opportunity assessment, business forecasting, business-case development and performance tracking, with experience advancing opportunities through customer adoption and business growth.
- Ability to communicate across organizational levels, influence Product Lines, coordinate cross functional resources and follow through on decisions; able to build effective relationships with customers and ecosystem partners in Greater China.

3. Technical Competencies:

- Good understanding of automotive E/E and ADAS / AD system architectures, including domain and central computing, perception systems, sensor integration, functional safety and information security.
- Ability to translate system-level needs into requirements for relevant semiconductor products, with good understanding of automotive SoC platforms, software and algorithm ecosystems, and system solution integration.

4. Language Requirements:

- Fluent Mandarin Chinese with clear and professional communication skills; excellent written and spoken English for independent business and technical discussions, professional presentations, and collaboration with international Product Lines and cross-functional teams.

5. Additional Requirements:

- Proficient with business analysis and presentation tools.
- Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented; willing to travel regularly within Greater China.
