Job Description
The Recruiter I supports high-volume internal hiring and transfers for non-exempt roles. This role is focused on recruiting operations, stakeholder communication, and process management, ensuring internal candidates move efficiently through the hiring process and requisitions stay on track.
### Responsibilities
Support internal hiring, promotions, and transfers for L3/L4 non-exempt roles. Partner with site leaders to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and drive candidate movement through the process. Monitor requisitions, identify bottlenecks, and take action to keep hiring activity moving. Manage recruiting workflows across multiple sites and communication channels. Track candidates, requisitions, and activity within ATS, CRM, and recruiting systems. Escalate issues appropriately and maintain strong stakeholder communication. Coordinate recruiting operations to ensure an efficient and consistent candidate experience. Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous environment.
### Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience working with ATS, CRM, or similar recruiting systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and solve problems independently. Experience partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders.
### Preferred Qualifications
High-volume recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience. Experience supporting fulfillment center or operations-based hiring. Familiarity with Hire, CTM, or similar recruiting tools. Experience managing multiple sites, requisitions, or communication channels simultaneously. Knowledge of AI tools that support recruiting workflows.
### Work Environment
Fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment supporting internal hiring across multiple locations. The role involves significant systems work, stakeholder communication, and recruiting process management using ATS, CRM, collaboration, and recruiting platforms. Strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
