Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Sauk County Jail in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

This is a Monday through Friday evening schedule , giving you the consistency of set hours and every weekend off .

No rotating hospital units. No mandatory floating. No weekend rotations.

Just one facility, one team, and the opportunity to use your nursing skills in a setting where your clinical judgment matters. 💚

What You'll Do 🩺

As an RN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide essential healthcare services to an underserved population while working with an experienced correctional healthcare team.

Your responsibilities may include:

✔ Performing nursing assessments and evaluating patient needs
✔ Administering medications and treatments
✔ Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations
✔ Collaborating with healthcare providers and correctional staff
✔ Providing patient education
✔ Maintaining accurate electronic medical documentation
✔ Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes appropriately
✔ Using your clinical judgment and critical thinking throughout each shift

Qualifications

We're Looking For

✔ Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong assessment and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Commitment to providing quality patient care
