Quality Control Inspector Lead

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Lead Inspector to lead inspection activities and mentor a team of inspectors. This role ensures compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and EPD quality requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead and supervise quality control inspectors.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.

- Foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence.

Inspection Oversight

- Oversee advanced visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.

- Investigate nonconformities and verify corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with UL-891, ANSI/NEMA, and IEC standards.

Documentation & Reporting

- Manage inspection documentation and reporting.

- Monitor inspection metrics and quality trends.

- Ensure accurate ERP system records.

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- 2+ years of quality control experience.

- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.

- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and electrical systems.

- Experience with ERP systems and quality documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree in Quality Control, Electrical Technology, or related field.

- Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification preferred.

- OSHA 10 certification required.
