Quality Control Manufacturing Supervisor

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality operations, manage inspection personnel, and oversee the full NCR lifecycle. This role is critical in driving defect prevention, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Department Management

- Lead and develop the Quality Control team.

- Manage staffing, performance, and training initiatives.

- Coordinate cross-functional quality improvement efforts.

Quality & NCR Management

- Own the complete NCR process from initiation through closure.

- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.

- Monitor quality trends, risks, and containment activities.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

- Manage inspection schedules and department resources.

- Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities.

What You Bring:

- Extensive experience in quality control and electrical manufacturing.

- Strong leadership, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience managing quality systems and documentation.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with UL-891 switchboards and electrical systems.

- OSHA certification.

- Quality certifications and leadership training preferred.
