Quality Control - Test Technician

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to perform inspections and testing on electrical products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. This role supports EPD's commitment to delivering reliable, defect-free products.

What You'll Do:

Inspection & Testing

- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.

- Perform electrical testing using multimeters, hi-pot equipment, and other testing tools.

- Verify compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

Documentation & Compliance

- Record inspection and testing results in the ERP system.

- Report nonconformities and support corrective action efforts.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation compliance.

Quality & Safety

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

- Verify calibration and functionality of inspection equipment.

- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- 1+ year of quality control, inspection, or testing experience preferred.

- Experience using precision measurement and testing equipment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree or certificate in Quality Control, Electrical Technology, or related field.

- Experience in electrical manufacturing.

- Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
