Quality Improvement Assistant Manager (EV Bike)

About the Role

Electrum is looking for a Quality Improvement Assistant Manager  to drive continuous quality improvement across our vehicle products, components, manufacturing processes, and maintenance operations.

This role will play a key part in identifying and resolving quality issues originating from the field, ensuring effective root-cause analysis and countermeasure implementation, and strengthening our quality standards across the vehicle lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct continuously quality improvement on every quality area (Finish good vehicle product,
part/material, vehicle production process, vehicle maintenance area) to maintain quality problem, defect that occur in the field. 
- Increase product perfection to minimize problem will be happen on the future.
- Manage and increase quality problem happen on the vehicle for problem phenomenon, root cause,
temporary & permanent countermeasure implementation. 
- Make quality problem progress summary report by daily, weekly, and monthly. 
- Make sure vehicle manufacturing production process and vehicle maintenance area process
based on quality standard requirement.
- Coordinate with Product Team to solve problem based on product design structure.
- Support new vehicle development project for quality improvement area to maintain quality
product standard requirement. 
What We’re Looking For
- ​​​​​​​ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of root-cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies .
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, Manufacturing, Automotive, or a related field  especially in EV industry. 
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, 8D, Pareto Analysis, or similar methodologies.
- Expert on Vehicle Design Structure, Actual Vehicle Product, &  Vehicle Production Line
understanding. 
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and preventive quality management .
