Role purpose

Develop and grow strategic partnerships with multi-finance institutions to improve customer conversion and deliver sustainable commercial value while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

- Own the multi-finance partnership strategy, pipeline, commercial negotiations, and annual growth plan.
- Identify, assess, and onboard partner institutions aligned with target customers, products, and geographic expansion.
- Negotiate commercial terms, operating models, service levels, promotional programs, and performance targets.
- Build executive and working-level relationships with partner institutions; lead regular business reviews.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to launch and optimize partner programs.
- Monitor customer application funnels, approval outcomes, conversion, completed transactions, service quality, and partner profitability.
- Diagnose performance gaps and lead corrective actions, campaigns, process improvements, or escalation with partners.
- Ensure agreements and operating practices comply with internal policies, applicable regulations, and data/privacy requirements.
- Prepare partnership forecasts, business cases, performance reports, and recommendations for leadership.
- Lead and develop partnership team members where applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years in partnerships, business development, financial services, fintech, automotive/mobility, or multi-finance; 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical ability; comfortable building business cases and interpreting funnel, revenue, and portfolio metrics.
- Sound understanding of partner operating models, credit processes, and regulated-partnership considerations.
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication skills.

- Healthy partner economics and agreed service-level performance.
- Successful launch and optimization of prioritized multi-finance partnership programs.
