Role purpose

Support the growth and day-to-day success of multi-finance partnerships through disciplined partner coordination, performance analysis, program execution, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned multi-finance partners and internal stakeholders.
- Track the customer application journey through approval and completion; maintain accurate performance dashboards.
- Prepare partner meeting materials, business-review reports, action trackers, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate the execution of partner promotions, process changes, branch/field rollouts, and training activities.
- Investigate customer drop-offs, approval delays, system issues, and customer/operational feedback; coordinate resolution and escalation.
- Support commercial analysis, forecasts, partner proposals, and new-partnership evaluation.
- Maintain complete records for agreements, SOPs, partner contacts, program terms, and performance commitments.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Ensure activities follow approved commercial terms, compliance requirements, and data-handling rules.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, financial services, fintech, multi-finance, or relevant commercial operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills; able to turn data into clear actions.
- Detail-oriented project coordination and consistent follow-through.
- Comfortable working with external partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills.

- Accurate, timely partner reporting and action tracking.
- Improvement in customer conversion and issue-resolution turnaround.
- Reliable execution of agreed partner programs and launches.
