About this role
- Ecom inventory updates (data + qty), coordinating with facility → Core e-commerce operations work — inventory management is a classic ecom ops function.
- Leading calls on leads → Sales coordination / lead management — this is inside sales or sales support responsibility.
- Checking laptop delivery status with facility team → Order fulfillment / logistics coordination — post-sale operations.
- Managing WhatsApp, email, and inbound calls for customer/prospect queries → Customer support / customer service function.
