POSITION: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager
LOCATION: Remote

Role Purpose
The Business Central Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics
365 Business Central Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects. The Project Manager will
coordinate consultants, developers, client stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure project
delivery is completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. A strong
understanding of Business Central, warehousing, supply chain operations, and ERP implementation methodology is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects.

- Develop project plans and schedules.

- Manage project budgets.

- Monitor project risks and dependencies.

- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Stakeholder Management

- Facilitate steering committee meetings.

- Provide project reporting and status updates.

- Manage client expectations.

- Hands on Warehouse change management

- Escalate risks and issues appropriately.

Resource Management

- Coordinate consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.

- Manage project capacity and resource planning.

- Monitor utilization and project performance.

Governance & Quality

- Ensure project methodology compliance.

- Manage testing and deployment activities.

- Oversee change control processes.

- Ensure successful transition to support teams.

- Proven Business Central project delivery experience.

- Multiple successful ERP implementation projects.

- Understanding of finance, warehouse, and supply chain business processes.

- Strong risk and stakeholder management experience.
